1. Purpose and important disclaimers

This AI chat is offered for informational purposes only. It can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, biased, or unsuitable for your situation.
You must independently verify all output before relying on it for business, legal, medical, technical, financial, or operational decisions.
Alex Pavsky does not guarantee accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

2. Service characteristics

Output may be fabricated, misleading, offensive, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inconsistent between sessions.
The service may summarise, translate, infer, classify, route, transform, or truncate your input in ways that are imperfect.
The service may rely on third-party AI models, hosting, moderation, storage, networking, and security tools.
Availability, latency, routing, output style, safety filtering, feature access, and data retention may change without prior notice.

3. Your responsibilities and prohibited use

You are solely responsible for what you submit, ask, upload, copy, export, implement, publish, or rely on.
You must not use the AI chat for unlawful conduct, harassment, fraud, impersonation, defamation, malware, intrusion, exploitation of minors, harmful instructions, or infringement of third-party rights.
You must not submit content that you do not have the right to use, disclose, process, or transfer.
You should not submit highly sensitive personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, protected health information, payment card data, or government identifiers.

4. Logging, monitoring, security, and authentication

Chat prompts, outputs, attachments, timestamps, device/browser information, session identifiers, IP-derived identifiers, and related usage logs may be collected, reviewed, stored, and used for safety, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, analytics, quality control, audit, compliance, and service improvement.
Session logs and related technical records may be used where reasonably necessary to verify access, investigate suspicious activity, maintain session continuity, or protect the platform.
Automated and human review may be used where appropriate for moderation, support, investigation, or legal obligations.
By continuing, you consent to this processing as described in these Terms.

5. Liability and warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the AI chat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Alex Pavsky disclaims liability for losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on AI outputs, including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses.

6. Jurisdiction

USA: The AI feature is offered for informational purposes, not as professional advice. Use remains subject to logging, safety review, and platform security.
EU/EEA: The AI system may process personal data and interaction logs as described. Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional review.
International: If you access from any other jurisdiction, you are responsible for ensuring lawful use. Cross-border processing and record retention may occur.
